Swapnil is proficient in the use of analysis packages like STAAD-PRO , ETABS & SAFE. He has designed tall residential buildings, commercial buildings, and hospitals.  Some of the major works completed by Swapnil are   Aster Med city Kochi hospital, Taj Gateway Hotel in Nashik, CNIA Abu Dhabi , Khore Dubai Project. Air Force Station , Panagarh for Halcrow, Ch2m Hill organization.

Also he has  Analysis & design formwork for Chennai Metro NCC Navi Mumbai Metro, Reliance Mumbai Metro, kochi Metro, DMRC, Bangalore metro, NCC Bhopal Flyover Project. NCC Swargate flyover project etc. for Tecnocraft & Pranav organization.

Swapnil experience covers designing major projects outside India as well. Fluent in both RCC and Steel structures also in formwork. His strengths have been structural design and his problem solving capabilities.

Baljit has excellent leadership qualities and successfully heads the design Team in Pranav &  Tecnocraft like organisation. He has handled projects of NCC Navi Mumbai Metro, Reliance Mumbai Metro, kochi Metro, DMRC, Bangalore metro, NCC Bhopal Flyover Project. NCC Swargate flyover project etc.

With a strong aesthetics sense and understanding of structures and architecture, Baljit is innovative and ready to experiment with modern construction techniques. His responsibilities include preparing different structural schemes and alternatives for Clients and suggesting economical and viable structural arrangements.
